PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Poster Preparation Guidelines

Posters must be prepared in portrait orientation, measuring a maximum of 36 x 48 inches (91 x 122 cm; width x height). Posters exceeding the specified width cannot be accommodated.

Posters will be mounted using 3M CommandTM Large Picture Hanging Strips, which will be provided onsite by the NASSPD conference organizers. When used as directed, the full set of supplied strips can support posters weighing up to 16lb (7.2kg). To ensure compatibility with this mounting system, posters must be lightweight and unframed

No additional mounting materials (e.g., tape, pins, hooks, or adhesives) may be used. Posters will be displayed on walls in one of the oral presentation rooms and in the hallway; the specified 3M CommandTM product has been tested and approved for this purpose. Presenters are asked to adhere strictly to these guidelines to ensure safe and consistent poster installation.

Presenters requiring accessibility accommodations related to poster presentations are encouraged to contact the conference organizers at nasspdconference@gmail.com in advance.
